Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, who has acquired the Parus business center and the Ukraine hotel over the past few years, has announced the start of a partnership with the DIM group of companies.

Details of cooperation
Owner of the Parus business center, Maksym Krippa, has decided to continue investing in real estate in the capital. Thanks to cooperation with Ukrainian developer DIM, the construction of the developer’s current projects in the capital will be completed, and work will also begin on large-scale projects.
Businessman Maksym Krippa said that he decided to sign an agreement with the company because it is not afraid to build, and he is not afraid to invest. He sees significant investment potential in his new partners. The fact that they share a common vision of doing business in the current reality also helped to make this decision.
The founder of the DIM group of companies, Alexander Nasirovsky, also stated that his company has begun cooperation with a reliable partner who is well versed in the specifics and needs of companies in the construction industry.
In his opinion, Maksym Krippa’s participation will allow the developer not to depend on sales volumes, maintain the pace of construction, and ensure the timely completion of construction projects. In the future, it will also be possible to confidently take on new projects.
It is noted that the portfolio of the development company DIM consists of real estate in Kyiv and the surrounding region, with a total area of over 900,000 m². Six projects are currently under construction, with a total of 3,670 apartments already completed.
